Capital Innovation, le plus grand rassemblement des anges, les gestionnaires de capital-risque et entrepreneurs innovants au Québec, est fière de faire équipe avec le Réseau des Organisations Angel – Ontario (NAO-O) pour accueillir la première Québec-Ontario Angel Forum, le Forum de croissance TSX (TVF) à la Tour Trump International Hôtel &, à Toronto, le 28 Février 2012.
Cet événement est l’occasion idéale de rencontrer vos pairs dans la communauté financière canadienne afin de favoriser les relations et les co-investissements entre les deux provinces.
Pour cette occasion, NAO-Ontario, avec le soutien de l’Agence fédérale de développement économique pour le Sud de l’Ontario (FedDev Ontario) fait équipe avec Capital Innovation, le plus grand rassemblement des anges, les gestionnaires de capital-risque et les entrepreneurs innovants au Québec, avec le soutien de la Québec Ministère du Développement économique, pour accueillir cet événement à l’Hôtel Trump International & Tower, Toronto le 28 Février 2012.
Réseau de la capitale Innovation rassemble et renforce les relations d’affaires avec plus de 100 anges et les investisseurs de capital-risque de l’Ontario, du Québec et la Nouvelle-Angleterre. NAO-Ontario, un membre du Réseau ontarien d’excellence, crée et se développe à but non lucratif de groupes d’investisseurs providentiels pour toutes les régions de l’Ontario. Le 28 Février, ces communautés se réuniront à Toronto pour le réseau et d’apprendre de groupes d’investisseurs providentiels de premier plan et à un stade précoce VCs dans le nord-est de l’Amérique.
Au nom de nos partenaires et de conseillers tels que l’OCNA, Teralys Capital, Maple Feuille Anges, l’expansion internationale des entreprises (ICE), Burns & Levinson, l’ÉTS et le gouvernement du Québec, nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir à la collecte de nos invitation seulement des investisseurs , de 9h30 le 28 Février 2012!
Le rassemblement débutera par des présentations du Québec et les écosystèmes d’innovation de l’Ontario suivie d’un déjeuner d’affaires. L’après-midi sera composé d’un discours, suivi par un groupe d’anges avec des invités de haut niveau qui débattront sur les tendances et Angel de co-investissement des meilleures pratiques en Amérique du Nord. Enfin, les participants seront invités à un cocktail de réseautage où ils auront l’occasion de rencontrer environ 100 investisseurs providentiels collègues, des représentants de fonds de démarrage de capital-risque et des accélérateurs, et d’autres personnalités des communautés d’investissement du Québec et en Ontario.Notre objectif est de favoriser les collaborations et les opportunités d’investissement communs pour le Québec et l’Ontario Anges et les investisseurs de capital-risque à un stade précoce. Parmi nos invités spéciaux, nous sommes honorés de présenter les membres initiaux du comité des investisseurs de l’Ontario: Matey Nedkov et plusieurs membres de NAO-Ontario, ainsi que Samuel Shafner, représentant de notre comité, la Nouvelle-Angleterre avec des investisseurs québécois tels que Jacques Bernier de Teralys Capital.
